28UILD exists as a national movement in commemoration of the spirit that motivates the Youth Oath, that is, everyone is able to build their nation in their own way.

28UILD is expected to raise awareness on the responsibility of the Nation’s Children to fill and maintain independence, through change, work and collaboration.
